The Department of Commerce has Specialisation in Advanced Accountancy & Auditing which is affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur The Department of Commerce has been a major section of Dahiwadi College Dahiwadi. It was started in the very first year, which is 1984. Right from the beginning senior and reputed teachers are associated with the Department.

The Department has received permanent affiliation to Shivaji University Kolhapur for B.Com. Well qualified faculty.Well equipped Commerce Lab with Internet Connectivity. Renowned persons like Chartered Accountants, and Lawyers are faculty members of the Department
Department with largest strength of students in the College.Training for Professional Courses like Foundation Course in CA/CS, IBPS.The Department provides Skill Development Courses: – ‘Certificate Course in Tally, Business and Corporate Soft Skills , Advance Tally and Application, COC- Computer Accountancy Tally Package, Certificate Course in Office Automation
The Department organises Industrial visits, Workshops, Guest lectures, Seminars, Exhibition and various competitions for all round development of the students.
